Quitting is one of the best things you can do to give your baby the best start in life.

The sooner you start your quit attempt and stop smoking completely, the better it is for you and your baby.

It's never too late to stop smoking.

You can choose to see a stop smoking advisor in your closest family hub or at South Tyneside Hospital. 

You will receive a Love2Shop e-voucher for reaching different milestones. The milestones are:

  1. Setting a quit date - £20
  2. Successful 4 week quit - £40
  3. Stuccessful quit every 6 weeks after this (maximum of 6 vouchers) - £40
  4. Successful 4 week post-natal quit - £80
  5. Successful 4 week post-natal quit for partners - £40

You will need to visit the Love2Shop website and request a code to spend online or have a gift card loaded with the credit sent to your home.
