6 field maple tress at 22 Wadham Terrace, South Shields.

Reason for removal

After an initial visual tree inspection and then a further Highway inspection, the difficult decision has been made to remove this semi-mature maple tree (nr. 2754) to protect the structure of the property.

The Council considers there are no sustainable long-term engineering or tree management solutions available as an alternative to removing the tree.
