The Council prepared a Strategic Land Review (SLR) to provide evidence of South Tyneside's capacity to accommodate additional housing and employment development.
The evidence in the SLR was used to help inform policies in the emerging Local Plan.
This document was produced in 2018 and this document looks specifically at the Boldons and Cleadon area.
