Making Waves will use arts and culture to support local people develop creative skills and support creative practitioners / organisations in South Tyneside.
The project has multiple areas which are delivered by the Cultural Partnership Group. The programmes will bring together the talents and disciplines of those working in the creative sector in South Tyneside.
