These events are for young people, parents and adult job seekers in South Tyneside.
Post-16 careers event
This event is aimed at all young people and their parents / carers.
It aims to give you post-16 and long-term career options.
When the event is
The event is at Temple Park.
It is on Thursday 24 October, 3.30pm to 7pm.
No booking is required to attend.
Who is at the event
The organisations at the event include:

- South Tyneside College
- Nissan
- Northumbria Police
- Hitachi Construction Machinery
Preparation for adulthood event (SEND)
This event is aimed at young people with SEND aged 14 to 25 years old and their parents / carers.
It will be a great event which will help give you lots of advice on education, employment, training and adulthood.
When the event is
The event is at Jarrow Focus.
It is on Thursday 7 November, 1pm to 6pm.
No booking is required.

Among the exhibitors at the event will be South Tyneside College, South Tyneside Works, Connexions South Tyneside and Groundwork.
