This one-day event is designed to support schools in the implementation of their Pupil Premium Strategy, ensuring careful consideration of the 'how' not just the 'what' is to be enacted.

Key features of the day:

• Explore the evidence which supports the tiered approach and how this impacts your schools' Pupil Premium Strategy
• Reflect upon the priorities for your school and develop plans to implement evidence-informed processes, practices and programmes
• Sharing tools and strategies for monitoring and evaluating the impact
• Alignment with the new DfE requirement for strategy documents to reference research evidence

There will be time and space for colleagues to reflect upon their current pupil premium strategy as well as an opportunity to design and write up their implementation plans.  This process will be supported by research school leaders.
