Use this form to register your annual subscription for the Local Government Association (LGA) Coastal Special Interest Group (SIG) and tell us who your representatives are.
The LGA Coastal SIG is associated with the Local Government Association and hosted by its Lead Council, South Tyneside Council.
All information provided will be held within the LGA Coastal SIG Secretariat's database. Information provided to the LGA Coastal SIG is held securely on our network. Only officers working within the LGA Coastal SIG Secretariat and system administrators have access to these records.
South Tyneside Council also hosts the LGA Coastal SIG Treasury account where subscription payments are collected. Details of your Council’s payment method will be shared with relevant South Tyneside Council teams to ensure smooth payment processing.
The representatives you name will be contacted about the work of the LGA Coastal SIG. Please provide representatives’ work / Council email addresses. We cannot contact representatives through their personal email accounts.
Any requests from organisations to contact our membership are processed by the Secretariat. Your representatives’ details will not be shared without their express permission.
It is the responsibility of your Council to inform the LGA Coastal SIG Secretariat of changes to the people who represent your Council.
The name of your Council will be made public as a member of the LGA Coastal SIG on their website LGA Coastal SIG. This includes an interactive map that links to your Council website. The LGA are annually informed of the Council membership for the LGA Coastal SIG as a requirement of our position as an LGA Special Interest Group.
All details are held for the lifetime of your membership. If the host Council changes in future, you will be contacted to provide permission to transfer the information held about your membership.
