Writing Therapy Sessions

Through guided creative writing activities, we'll explore our pasts to make sense of our present, and see what needs to change in the present, for a happier future.

In the session we will be exploring our life stories and inner narrative and how they affect our feelings and decision making in the present. We'll be working on managing stress, mindfulness and how to use writing for wellbeing outside of the workshops as a coping tool. We'll also be working on goal setting, growth and self-improvement.

Participants should bring a notebook and pen to the sessions.

The sessions will take place on the following dates/times:

  • Sun 11 February, 1.30 - 3.30pm
  • Thur 14 March, 5.45 - 7.45pm
  • Tues 16 April, 5.45 - 7.45pm

The workshops will be different each week.
