Overview

Apprenticeships combine working and learning at the same time.

As an apprentice you will:

  • work alongside experienced staff
  • earn money and get holiday pay
  • gain skills specific to your job
  • get time for study related to your role (usually one day a week)

For more information about apprenticeships, see GOV.UK: Become an apprentice.

If you are a disabled person and need guidance about applying for apprenticeships in England. see Disability Rights UK: Into Apprenticeships.
